An omnidirectional light suitable for 8″ and 12″ diameter bases, the TWOF is a taxiway edge light for ICAO, FAA and military taxiways as well as for FAA taxiway intersections. The lamp offers stable chromaticity thanks to the use of dichroic filters. It has a rated life of 1500 hours at full intensity, but over 3000 hours in field operating conditions. Its drop-forged dome and cast aluminum lower cover make the fitting sturdy, but lightweight too for easy handling in the field.
