A bidirectional or unidirectional 8″ diameter light, the RCLF is suitable as a runway centreline light for ICAO CAT I, II and III, FAA and military runways and as a rapid exit taxiway indicator light for ICAO and FAA RWSL, THL and RIL (L-850T) applications. It can also be used for ICAO centreline lighting on rapid exit taxiways in special applications. The light comes with an adaptor ring for installation on 12″ diameter bases. The light offers stable chromaticity thanks to the use of dichroic filters. The lamp has a rated life of 1500 hours at full intensity, but over 3000 hours in field operating conditions.
